Base Location: North Middlesex University Hospital, N18 1QX
Salary: PAYE: £20.41 – £31.71 per hour / AWR Ltd: £26.41 – £41.05 per hour
Working pattern:  Monday to Friday, 10:00 am- 19:00 pm

Role Overview:

Equans is seeking an experienced Building Fabric Engineer for a high-priority contract at North Middlesex University Hospital. This role involves maintaining and repairing key structural elements of the hospital building to ensure a safe and compliant environment for staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and repairs on fire doors
  • Carry out repairs to doors, windows, and flooring
  • Address general building fabric issues efficiently and to high standards
  • Support the facilities team in maintaining the hospital’s infrastructure
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience with fire door maintenance and repairs
  • Skilled in door, window, and flooring repair works
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a facilities team
  • Commitment to health and safety standards in a hospital environment
