LOCATION: West London, W10
PAY RATE: £20 to £22 Hourly under CIS

CONTRACT: Contract 6 Months
HOURS: 37 Hours per Week


THE ROLE:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join the team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role involves working with battery-operated tools and undertaking a range of general trade duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Carry out general maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties.
  • Complete basic carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks.
  • Use battery-operated tools safely and effectively.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Report defects, completed works, and any issues to site management.
  • Work collaboratively with site teams and follow project schedules.
  • Adhere to company policies and client procedures at all times.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid CSCS Card (appropriate to the work being undertaken)
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Working at Height Certificate
  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA Accredited)
  • Face Fit Test Certificate
  • Experience carrying out general multi-trade maintenance works
  • Ability to safely use battery-operated tools

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
  • Previous experience working on social housing or property maintenance contracts.
  • Experience working within occupied properties.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
