Base Location: Floor B2, Cfm North Direct Leeds 67201, LS9 7TF
Salary: £17.35/hour PAYE
Working pattern: 4 days then 4 off then onto 4 nights , 6am to 6pm then 6pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and building services systems.
• Lead and support a small shift team to ensure smooth operations.
• Work on systems such as lighting, power, AHUs, BMS, and standby generators.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Participate in a 4-on, 4-off shift rota and provide cover when required.

• Time-served, qualified electrical engineer with at least 3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience.
• Strong electrical maintenance background; multi-skilled experience preferred.
• Healthcare or critical environment experience desirable.
