PAY RATE: £ 26.00 per hour CIS
JOB TYPE: 3 Months contract
LOCATION: Oldham, UK (OL9)
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM

THE ROLE:
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and priming
- Applying paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and woodwork.
- Carrying out decorating works in void (empty) properties.
- Ensuring a high-quality finish within set deadlines.
- Identifying and reporting any additional repair issues within properties.
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle (van provided).
- Following health & safety regulations at all times.
- Travelling between properties as required.
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (essential).
- Proven experience in void property painting.
- Valid Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months).
- DBS Check required.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
