THE ROLE:
The Plasterer will support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a range of facilities, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. The role involves a variety of internal and external plastering duties, supporting both responsive repair tasks and larger maintenance projects.

THE ROLE:
The Plasterer will support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a range of facilities, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. The role involves a variety of internal and external plastering duties, supporting both responsive repair tasks and larger maintenance projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out general plastering work including skimming, rendering, bonding, and patch repairs
- Repair and replace plasterboard to walls and ceilings
- Prepare and finish surfaces to a high standard
- Assist with damp proofing and DPC systems where require
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with quality specifications
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and van in good condition
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct on-site
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a plasterer in maintenance, construction, or refurbishment environments
- Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach
DESIRABLE:
- Basic understanding of multi-trade tasks
