ROLE: Site Manager
PAY RATE: £ 280 per day CIS
JOB TYPE: 2 Months contract
LOCATION: Lincolnshire, UK (PE25)
HOURS: 37.50 hours per week - 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM

Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day refurbishment works on site.
- Oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to the required standard.
- Monitor site health & safety and maintain site compliance.
- Carry out site inspections and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure relevant paperwork, records and site documentation are maintained.
- Liaise with the client, residents, trades and other stakeholders as required.
Mandatory Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own vehicle and ability to travel to sites.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- First Aid qualification.
- SMSTS qualification.
- Fire Marshal training.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- DBS check required.
- Desirable: Previous social housing experience, particularly experience managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
