Role : Site Manager
Location: Cheshire, CH1 (Covering East & West sites)
Contract: 3 Months Contract (Potential For Extension)
Pay Rate: £220.00 per day CIS

Job Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to support works across Cheshire East and West sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The role will involve travelling between multiple sites, so a full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities across multiple council locations.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with company procedures and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives.
• Monitor work progress, quality and programme.
• Carry out regular site inspections and ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
• Ensure site documentation and records are kept up to date.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Identify and report any site issues or risks.
• Ensure appropriate PPE and safe working practices are followed.
• Support the smooth delivery of works across Cheshire East and West Council sites.

• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• Own vehicle – essential
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Fire Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness
• Previous experience working as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate different teams.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
